    Eric Lopez was born in Los Angeles CA and went to college at UC San Diego where he graduated with a major in Economics in 2021. He began working as an account manager in July of 2021. He put in a lot of hours and hard work and eventually became assistant manager. Since then he has helped the Manager Cindy Gaitan to exponentially increase production for the client Frontier Communications and help all of his colleagues to grow within the company as well as improve overall skills and techniques. His passion is being able to support his team while simultaneously allowing for individual advancement. He is very excited to see what the future will bring knowing how quickly the company is expanding.

    Mario Valladares born in Oxnard, CA. While working for the county of Ventura as a student worker he grew a passion in helping others. Moved to Moorpark where he then continued his studies. He received his associates degree in Sociology from Moorpark College and then transferred to CSU Channel Islands where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Sociology. During his free time he plays soccer and runs a Non-profit Soccer Club known as Rebels Football Club Inc. Mario has always had an outgoing personality and loves to explore the world and capture every moment with his Fiancé. Looking for a career he stumbled across HSO executives and found his new journey where he has grasped a leadership role teaching and training. His team continues to expand, and his goals continue to broaden.

    Josh Novak was raised in North Kingstown, Rhode Island where he grew a passion for business. He attended Northern Vermont University to obtain his Bachelor’s Degree in Business: Administration. Afterwards, he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where he implemented cost analysis for the legal department at LPL Financial. Pursuing his passion for travel, he then went to travel the United States, Belize, and Europe for 6 months. After experiencing different cultures, he continued his travelling where he moved to Mammoth Lakes, CA and became a retail administrator for Mammoth Mountain. In pursuit for a career with more room for growth, he found HSO Executives and moved to Ventura, CA to start growing within the company. Since joining the team and working with Frontier, Josh has been teaching and training new account managers to be successful in the field. He keeps a student mentality in order to build his knowledge of direct marketing. By expanding his knowledge in marketing, he is able to teach more strategies to reassure that his team members are able to build impulse within consumers and reach their goals.
